Legislation requires market participants to provide certain information along the supply chain – for example in connection with safety data sheets or substances of very high concern (SVHC). The legal framework usually defines what must be communicated – but not in every case how this is to be implemented in practice.

A valid and structured data foundation is the prerequisite for legally compliant supply chain communication. However, in practice, it is often difficult to extract the essential information from the vast pool of available data. We support our clients in identifying and requesting only truly relevant information to enable them to fullfil their own notification and reporting obligations efficiently. This also includes checking the plausibility of technical documentation based on test reports or supplier declarations, for example.

We handle inquiries to test laboratories, suppliers, or customers – both domestic and international – on behalf of our clients. This exchange requires not only language skills, but also regulatory expertise and an understanding of industry-specific requirements.

The constant change and expansion of regulatory requirements means that companies are being tasked with complex questionnaires on ingredients or proof of conformity. Increasingly, these queries are also being organised via different platforms, which brings with it new requirements in terms of format and response time.

Together with our clients, we develop solutions that enable statutory information flows and individual inquiries to be integrated into existing processes in a reliable and resource-efficient way.
