The Classification and Labelling Inventory (C&L Inventory) is a publicly accessible database established by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). It contains information on the classification and labelling of substances.
Manufacturers, importers and downstream users placing substances on the market are obliged to notify their substances—regardless of whether they are placed on the market as individual substances or in mixtures. The notification must include hazard classes, signal words, hazard statements, and pictograms, among other elements.
The data submitted are collected centrally in the C&L Inventory and serve both regulatory market surveillance and the exchange of information between market participants.
We take care of the entire notification process on your behalf—including data preparation based on your safety data sheet and technical communication with ECHA.
